Scale Digital increases Nannybag revenue by 439% in 2022

Whilst there was an uptick in performance YoY once the travel restriction was lifted, it was only once Scale Digital managed the program that the growth truly accelerated.

Nannybag wanted to accelerate the growth of their Affiliate program on to take advantage of the travel rebound following COVID 19 travel restrictions.

To do this they employed the management service of Scale Digital, leveraging the team’s experience of the travel sector.


  • Scale Digital conducted a program audit and benchmarked the current performance to set uplift targets
  • Optimised the current top partners performance
  • Expanded into other markets
  • Increased the number of new partners joined
  • Diversified the partnership mix


Based on the benchmark of the average sales of 2022 prior to Scale's management, we aimed for an aggregate growth of 30% in sales and revenue per month.

What we achieved was a massive 70% in revenue and 64% in actions per month.
