Mon Dessert is a food box service looking to increase traffic, visibility and ultimately grow sales.
As a startup they had challenges with budgets, content and gaining and retaining bigger partner affiliate channels as they were a lesser known brand competing with established brands.

Scale's experienced team understood that the key to success for Mon Dessert would be to claim real-estate on a small number of relevant, high volume top tier affiliates in the very early stages of the program. We estimated that this approach would solve two challenges at once; simultaneously creating awareness and engagement with users to stimulate sales, whilst providing leverage to our publisher specialists as they proactively recruited smaller affiliates. The top tier partner we selected initially was BBC Good Food, because of their widespread reach and general partner status. This approach resulted in the recruitment of 20 affiliates within the initial, and arguably some of the most crucial, weeks of the campaign.
Having never worked with affiliates before and as a startup, Mon Dessert needed a consultative approach from a partner who could provide transparency and creativity.
