Blueground is a high potential client with the opportunity to become a flagship travel client. Blueground has a unique customer offering providing luxury, short-term furnished rental properties.

A Traffic lead strategy

Scale’s strategy was to drive affiliate traffic by increasing awareness of the brand with top tier influencers and bloggers. They targeted selected influencers who were equipped to talk about the nuances of Blueground and could articulate clearly the value and quality of the product. By doing this Scale was able to play an active role in funnel conversions. Scale also focused on listing Blueground on other partners' platforms to ensure the same quality of traffic was able to be replicated across the U.S. and then across the world when the business needed it. 

Leveraging our Talent

Leveraging our internal expertise in travel, Scale was able to put together a portfolio of travel based affiliates who we knew worked well with travel partners and are high revenue, building an incentive based strategy to grow strong sales demand. Using our strategy combined with the technology available we were able to support Blueground in generating more customers on both sides of the marketplace and drive the traffic needed in multiple markets for horizontal and vertical growth.
